Due to the growth of the GNT Group we are seeking a fulltime:
What do we expect of you?
You will have a versatile function in the field of Marketing, Sales, and IT and be responsible for the marketing automation strategy, which is focused on nurturing leads by providing an optimal customer journey.
x Develop and implement the marketing automation strategy in the Customer Relation Management system (Microsoft Dynamics)
x Create, drive, and execute new social media campaigns (focusing on LinkedIn)
x Provide insight into results, analyzing campaigns with the help of KPIs and initiating and executing improvement proposals
x Create digital content for automated email marketing and social media campaigns
Your priority will be the creation of sales-qualified leads (SQL). You will also be in charge of managing the social media strategy, using platforms including LinkedIn to generate leads and increase brand awareness. You will monitor and analyze results and implement improvements wherever necessary. You will also keep up with the latest online marketing trends and developments and provide strategic advice to your teammates and internal stakeholders.
What can you offer us?
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
x At least four years’ experience in digital marketing in an international environment or ability to demonstrate a strong affinity for the field
x A degree in digital marketing, business administration or business economics (or equivalent)
x Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics (or another CRM and/or Marketing Automation System), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics is essential
x Expertise in email marketing, sales funnels, social media, and results analysis
x Ability to speak and write fluent English
x Business-to-business experience is a plus
You must be proactive, independent, analytical, communicative, and have a healthy dose of selfconfidence. You do not mind giving presentations to a large group. In your work, you are resultoriented, practical, a team player, and dare to make decisions.
